Despite appearances this is actually a South Eastern train, from Tunbridge Wells to Horsham. Southern's 377s are still, in my opinion, the best of the modern MUs which dominate our railways. its first October snowfall since the 1930s. Unfortunately by Wednesday most of it had gone, but I was determined to get some pictures in the morning sun with whatever residue of the previous nights falls I could find. Train-wise it was quite productive as the weather had thrown a spanner in the works overnight and many trains were running hours late.
